The Resurrection

I always knew Jesus would die and rise from the dead on the third day because of the scriptures. But it took me off guard. On the first day of the week Mary of Magdala went by the tomb early in morning while it was still dark, and she saw the stone removed from the tomb.She ran to me and Peter and told us "They have taken the Lord from the tomb, and we don't know where they put him."We both ran to the tomb but I got their first and I bent down and saw His burial clothes but I did not go in.I could not believe I happened before my own eyes.All of the other disciples did not understand yet what the scriptures have told us.

Responsibility

I was standing by the cross of Jesus with His mother Mary and her sister.When Jesus saw me and his mother at the foot of the cross he said to his mother "Woman, behold, your son."Then he said to me "Behold, your mother." From then she lived at my home.This was one of my biggest accomplishments.Jesus trusted me with taking care of his mother , it was also a big responsibility. I will not let him down.

Garden of Gethsemane

I was so shocked that Judas would betray Jesus.It was a normal day, Jesus and all of his disciples were at the garden of Gethsemane where we meet often.The soldiers and the guards came and Peter pulled out his sword and cut off the right ear of Malchus a slave of the high priest.Then the soldiers arrested Jesus and at his trial all the disciples were there except Peter.I saw Peter outside the gate so decided to go get him , at the gate the gatekeeper asks Peter is he one of the disciples of Jesus and he says no. Later Peter denies Jesus 2 more times and a cock crowed.I could not believe that Peter would deny Jesus 3 times but he is only human.
